From material selection to end dispatch, all parts in production are continually subject to thorough inspection procedures. Our inspection department is equipped with the latest high tech measurements tools including the latest FaroArm - a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) that allows our engineers to easily verify product quality by performing 3D inspections, tool certifications, CAD comparison, dimensional analysis, reverse engineering, and more.
Our strict procedures during manufacture ensure complete adherence to our BS ISO 9001:2015 requirements, and a manufacturing history for every component we engineer.
