To benefit from our know-how and experience, our design engineers will work closely with you using the latest 3D CAD software to help you to explore your design, fine-tune your idea or bespoke plastic part, or re-engineer legacy or obsolete components. For example, in SolidWorks we can create 3D models of detailed single parts, as well as assemblies of multiple parts should you need to analyse how they’ll work together as a pre-production feasibility exercise. Solidworks can also determine the environmental impact of components and illustrate stress analysis.

 

CAD CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing)

We operate high-end 3D CAD CAM packages interfaced to our Heidenhaim and FANUC plastic machining centres. If you job is fully specified and your designs are production ready, our MasterCAM software allows a fast turnaround in uploading your files direct to our CNC machines. Our software is compatible with all typical file types including:
